  1. How can I track my order? Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

  2. How long does shipping take? We use standard shipping, which typically takes 7-14 business days from the day the item was released from production. The shipping fee will be included in your final bill, unless it was waived due to a promotion.

  3. Which countries do you ship to? Currently, we ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. We plan to expand shipping to other countries once efficient shipping methods have been approved.

  4. I haven't received my order. What should I do? Before contacting our customer service team, please ensure that you have received an email confirming the dispatch of your order. Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.

  5. How long does it take for customer service to respond to emails? Our dedicated customer service representatives aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours.

  6. Is Chasing Hoops clothing true to size? We strive to provide true-to-fit clothing. For zip-up hoodies and shirts, we recommend selecting your usual size. If you prefer a looser fit, size up for pull-over hoodies and stick to your usual size for a fitted look. You can find more sizing information on each product page in our size guide.

  7. What payment methods do you accept? We manage our checkout process through Shopify and accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal through Braintree, one of the world's leading online payment gateways.

  8. What should I do if there is an item missing from my order? Please check the packing slip included in your parcel to ensure that all items are listed. If an item is missing from the packing slip, it may be out of stock, and you will receive an email notification about it. If you haven't received any notification but still have a missing item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Missing Item(s) Our support team will promptly investigate and resolve the issue for you.
