Shipping policy

All of our products are made for you and shipped with a secure, tracked delivery method.

We offer a flat rate shipping of $4.99 on all orders, so you’ll never be surprised at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. Please note the delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders to proceed.

Chasing Hoops only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
